Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our client's team as a Customer Support Agent assigned to a German speaking desk. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse customer base, providing assistance through email and chat.

 

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating to the appropriate team members when necessary
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and resolve complex problems
  • Identify and escalate trends or patterns in customer issues to the management team
  • Keep up-to-date with industry developments to provide effective support

 

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult customers
  • Interest in iGaming is a big PLUS
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends, as required
