We are seeking a French speaking Customer Support Agent to join our client's team in the Financial Services industry in Poland. This is a fully REMOTE / WFH role, from Poland.
As a trusted point of contact, you will assist customers with their inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues they may encounter. With your friendly and customer-focused approach, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the company's reputation for delivering top-notch service.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, and live chat
- Provide accurate and helpful product information to customers
- Assisting customers with online account setup and navigation
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns with patience and empathy
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer interaction records
- Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements:
